Riverside Museum

I am living near Gatwick airport and we all family came here to meet my sister and all were happy. At that time, my sister said to the father that we should also visit and it will be more fun. My sister has very fond of travelling. I and my sister have a keen interest in travelling. She loves to do travelling to beautiful places. Even though we will get more enjoyment when the family is with us. We should have to spend time with them and get to know about different stories that we wouldn’t know. By visiting so many places my knowledge is increased. I would like to do photography of many beautiful things, buildings, and many other places. I enjoyed it a lot. Our destination for the trip was Riverside Museum. We used company cab service for our journey.

The museum is housed in Turbine House and Screen House, two Victorian pumping station buildings from the 19th century, at Blake's Lock. The latter structure displays a gipsy caravan and a display about the gipsy life. The local business Dunton and Sons constructed the caravan in 1914. Due to the body's outward extension past the wheels, the design is referred to as a "Ledge" design. Because it handled rough roads effectively, it was highly well-liked by gipsies. The caravan is lavishly painted with paint in the colours green and gold.

There are more than 3,000 items on show, ranging from skateboards to trains, paintings to strollers, and automobiles to Stormtroopers. There are over 90 sizable touchscreen panels with a wealth of pictures, recollections, and movies that illuminate the intriguing backstories of the artefacts.

The city's transport collection was once housed at Kelvin Hall, but now it is housed at a specially designed museum. The museum is situated on the former site of the A. & J. Inglis Shipyard in Glasgow Harbour, close to the point where the River Clyde and the River Kelvin converge. Glasgow's Riverside Museum was constructed by Zaha Hadid Architects, and it features a zinc-clad roof that zigzags. The structure, which houses a transportation museum with more than 3,000 exhibits, has a 36-meter-high glazed facade that looks out over the River Clyde.

We enjoyed it a lot just because we had a perfect company cab service they picked us on the proper time that is why we reached on time. The cab driver was kind and polite. On the way, I felt hungry and I said the driver to stop the cab so that I could bring something for me and he stopped then I brought some cold drinks and lays. we stayed for almost 30 mint. After eating and drinking we started our journey again. For me company cabs are the best of all.
